Hey folks...I havn't been posting here for a while. I suppose most, like me, have slowly let GE slip out of our awareness. It's still the lottery ticket you have tucked away in the drawer. Anyway, I've always had a feeling that GE would get going when the price of gold got moving. The problem is, who the hell knows if gold would ever get off the ground. I've got alot of investments in gold stocks and needless to say, I've had alot of losses. For those that have followed the POG on the internet, you may know that there is a person called "ANOTHER" and "FRIEND OF ANOTHER" (aka FOA) that post on the USA Gold Forum. They claim to be insiders with knowledge of a coming exploding gold price based on bringing down the US dollar. I've doubted these guys many times myself and sometimes still don't know what to make of them, but today on Kitco (another gold site) a poster named "Gambler" basically said the same thing as ANOTHER but was very specific about the time frame...about one more month before the Price of Gold explodes! He says the time to accumulate gold stocks and gold is now. What is even more interesting is that the XAU (a gold and silver stock index) has held up very well considering the new lows in the Price of Gold. Perhaps these stocks are being accumulated. Here is a link to that post made on Kitco today. Of course, like all others, it's just another internet rumour, but at this point, I need some hope with my portfolio down as much as it is while everyone else has made tons of dough from internet companies that havn't made a penny. FWIW......
