1999 Annual and Special General Meeting Retirement of Donald Sheldon, Chairman

OTTAWA, June 7 /CNW/ - Ahmad Doroudian, President of Pharmex Industries
Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company's 1999 Annual and Special General
Meeting will be held at 9:30 AM Eastern Time on July 30, 1999. The Meeting
will be held in the Osgoode Room of the Toronto Board of Trade located at
1 First Canadian Place, Toronto, Ontario. Regular business will include the
election of directors and corporate matters. Special business at this year's
Meeting will be the Company's proposed continuance as a federally-incorporated
company, which management believes will enhance the Company's profile both in
the domestic and international marketplace. All shareholders, the financial
community, and members of the media are invited to attend the meeting.
The Company also wishes to take this opportunity to extend its best
wishes to Mr. Donald Robert Sheldon, who is retiring his position as Chairman
of the Board of the Company. Mr. Sheldon provided the Company with great
support, guidance and energy during his three-year tenure, including sourcing
investment capital and providing management services. The Company extends its
gratitude to Mr. Sheldon for his efforts and hard work.
Pharmex Industries Inc. is a technology-based manufacturer of DTH

So ends Day One of the money show. Hid my shares so in the flurry of buying they don't get swept away at a discount.
