Uncle Frank, I guess you have stayed long on MSFT. Just saw Steve Balmer's interview on CNBC. He seemed confident that MSFT had not broken any anti-trust laws. His point was that the laws cannot be
re-written at the trial. These are the kinds of comments that can push a stock.

I sold half my options position today simply because close to 100% in one stock is a bit too much---even if it is MSFT.

MSFT lawyers may not have started giving the IBM executive a beating yet. I mean cross-examination. The legal team is much improved.

BTW--In his interview, questions related to Window CE, he just mentioned how well companies like Casio are doing with the product. We have to wait til the PC makers really start flooding the market with CE operating systems.

Hi Frank,

Been meaning to say hi lately and haven't...yes he came up "short"...nice double entendre...glad softee up and Dell but volume so light...still it's nice...we'll see what Paine Webber tech conference does this week--Ballmer speaks Wednesday--I might crash as a journalist
