I is still going to take more htan that to bring this stock back to the $3 range, where most longs have been.

Fred-- I reread the article and agree that it is the most likely reason for the recent rise in stock price. Given the history of this stock, I don't see any big time moves to above 2 1/2 without some news with financial impact--a deep pockets partner or a dramatic improvement in revenues resulting in positive earnings.
