Up Up and UP!

It started out on high volume and has slowed somewhat. It looks like
everytime it dips, it bounces back.

I am thinking about selling my shares from last week also. Pixar will blow away every estimate out there.

Enjoying the ride and looking for a nice run up over the summer.

Steve

It's not that I thought the high would be or should be 46, it's just that's what the assumptions I plugged in came out with as a fair price.

Basically, it says that:

1) If you believe earnings in 2001 will be $3
2) If you believe a fair P/E in 2001 will be 30x
3) If you believe that 25% is a fair return for Pixar annually

Then you should be willing to pay $46.25 in 1998 for the stock.

The fact is, many people buy and sell with different assumptions, or without thinking about the investment analytically at all. So this has nothing to do with a trading system.

However, they do help me gage which of my stocks seems to be a better "value" at a particular time.
