Agreed Rich. The value of the company and its technology is a tough one to estimate. Too many factors economically, technically and environmentally. But I can say at $100/sh, I'd listen - very attentively.

If the directors believe the company has a reasonable chance to bring the product to market and they can sell it to various industry groups, they are not likely to give up their patents and processes. If they feel they don't have a reasonable chance to do it on their own, they might sell out. I don't think they are anywhere near that kind of decision making. However, none of us really know what they have in mind, at the moment. Either decision is a good business decision under the right set of circumstances. Values are relative. We get to vote on it when it is "a fate accompli" which means, we really have no say.
