You're joking right??

I don't know what you are reading, but it's definitely not "Level 2". That term is strictly used for NASDAQ stocks. There's Level 1,2, and actually 3(which allows the mm's to change the bid/ask). It's possible that the bid/ask information from the NYSE specialist is being sent to you, but the NYSE doesn't use market makers and is not set up electronically to provide the information in the form that you are receiving from the NAZ.
