Hi Ruell, Companies have 45 days to file a 10-Q with the SEC after a regular quarter. They have 90 days to file a 10-K after the fourth fiscal quarter. The quarter ending March 30th was the fourth fiscal quarter. June 30th will be 90 days.

Although they reported revenues they never reported earnings. They said that profits were the highest for any fourth quarter in the history of the company (the fourth quarter has been their best every year), but that doesn't mean per share necessarily.

Madera has been late with some recent filings, due to different problems. I hope that they meet their deadline this time, they have screwed up enough lately, in my opinion.

The quarterly filing for the first quarter, ending June 30th is due August 15th.
