IMO, MCF will be taken out by Oct. anyway. The industry is changing so quickly that a RAZR or somebody else must be drooling at the opportunity here.

trading on nasdaq by october was ir's estimate he said it takes about two months after filing as long as there are no glitches but that they still have to convert all there year end results to us dollars first which could take a couple of months that takes us pretty close to october. he also said that mcf meets the minimum requirements easily.
