Gottfried,

0,489 Quantum shares @ 21,125$ are worth 10,33$.

As MCDC closed 7,81$, the MCDC shares would have 32% upside to the current QNTM price.

As I have no plan to sell QNTM as I believe the shall not fall below their 17$ support (*0,489 = 8,313, instead will rise until the deal closes in august or so, I conclude I have to buy some MCDC below 8,31$ to cash those up to 32% upside till august in (hopefully).
