I'm surprised nobody commented on the mealy mouthed faint praise emanating from Kaiser (as usual). He comments on the big stones but can't do it without accusing them of leaking the information. Then they're going to go broke unless....Then he mistakenly assume WSP is suing Aber instead of the other way round, and next says that WSP may "be on the hook" for the whole winter work budged, without recognizing that 16% of the project for 3 million is a fair bargain. Why am I surprised that we continue to get weasel words from this weasel??????????????? This is what Shakespeare meant when he talked about "Damning somebody with faint praise"
