I believe one of the key indicators can be described here: 14. Does the management talk freely to investors about its affairs when things are going well but "clam up" when troubles and disappointments occur? We have been in a holding pattern for a long time. Who knows when they will get their act together. (Kalfon et al) Sometime within the next 12 months perhaps? The last runup (pump and dump?) was a pattern that we have gotten used to. Leigh is correct in saying, why sell at these prices. Unless there are better opportunities elsewhere and this one stays in the tank.
