David Taylor: correct: This ATT bs: " Consumer in Portland will be loosers". Listen to this line of thinking: If ATT comes, we'll give you cheaper rates. What Cicconi didn't mention, is that if we have more than one cable ISP and portal, the Portland rates will be even cheaper than if we had ATT alone. It is deep thinking of Cicconi's calibre that has gotten this country in trouble before. That's OK. Too much interest in broadband for ATT to smoke everybody, TA
