Steve Robinett, the Telecom Act did not give local control to cable as a TV media. Now cable is becoming video, voice and data. It will replace copper. There is no way in hell anybody is going to monopolize that. Dream on ATT,

Many of the internet stocks did quite well today, AOL down for the day. I am starting to believe that until this issue is resolved, AOL isn't going to do much except trade in a tight range.

By the way, I for one think cable will be opened to all ISP's. However, this issue may end up in the Supreme Court.
