The fascinating aspect of HPH is (aside from the fact that I could have got 4800 shares at, say 3/4 and be showing a good profit instead of owning 1600 shares at 2-3/8 and be down a point +) is that (a) paying no interest on debt is good for a company even if the debt holder becomes a dilutive shareholder eventually, (b) the market still thinks that the diluted shares, if that's what happens, are still worth 1-1/4 or more, and (c) the concept of buying on capitulation is still sound...too bad we are not limbo experts (i.e., "how low can you go!"). Too bad also I'm not astute enough to value a company only SOME of whose subsidiaries are in Chapter 11. But that's FA, this is a TA thread. Any experienced (unlike me) traders out there able to assess the bounce potential if any now?
