Thanks for the info. But I'm not sure that we're talking about the same site. The press release I saw yesterday was about the financing sale of the site that they are using now, including the new building they are about to add to it. Is that the same as the site you are talking about? In any event they are staying at the site they just sold (financed), and it makes sense to finance it rather than use their capital for their offices. Max
