rdww, the <<the Dave Webb story>> I presented <<Sounds right>> is possible to you and someone else that has a completely different view of MGR. In the matters of money love and honor, a person's view and response of facts presented has a tendency to sometimes squeeze a round peg into a square hole, and so on with the other possibilities. Dr. Dave Webb, president of MGR is bound by law to protect shareholder's interest. This does not translate into action to help current shareholders to regain their initial investments at the expense of the long term health of MGR. With the depressed condition of mining companies, MGR most likely has received numerous resumes from extremely qualified persons that could function as MGR's President. The Board of Directors, if doing their job, would have replaced Dave long ago. The Board of Directors has the following mentioned task as one of their prime directives, under law. Doug
