Yeah, watch them reverse it and then issue the insiders stock in lieu of salary... Now that would hurt... everyone gets reversed out and the insiders remain whole..... and then go out and do more converts for money and it all starts over again.....

In my 2.5 years of experience with this stock I can't remember a single thing that was done to benefit anybody but the insiders. McGee lied outright during the road shows. The SB-2 indicates that somebody has a lot of shares to get rid of. I believe that a reverse merger is in the works. I believe whoever has these shares will drive the price to .01 and then reverse merge the shell, the only winners will be the insiders and their "partners".

Maybe I was asleep, but can you remind me of a single thing that was done by TPII management to benefit the shareholders?

McGee has been clear that he came back to resurrect the company. I don't think that given their record TPI has any hope of a resurrection without a reverse merger. Given the SB-2 another C/D is out of the question.
