Exactly my point. Let's say that was your whole portfolio. Let's say it took a temporary dip (or if you're short took a temporary pop up). You are given little or no notice that the loan you entered into in good faith is now vanished and you either must find someone to lend you money are have it wired immediately, or the broker will sell you out at a loss.

The investor acted in good faith. The broker's irresponsible actions caused him a financial loss.

This is what unfortunately is going on, and what we, as investors, need a class action law firm to resolve for us. Yeah, I hate it. Yeah I tried to reason with them, but who am I? nobody. It takes a law firm to kick their butts, and they'll get a wildly outrageous $3,000,000 fee for the butt kickin'
