Thean,

Now that I am home, with better software tools, I looked again at TXCC. It looks OK, I think, ready to move up.

If we can hold 30.5, the 50 DMA, it will be even better. RSI looks fine, and so does the BB's, and MACD analysis.

You guys are better TA chartists than I, so tell me where you think there's a problem...

I think in 3 months, if not sooner you'll see this in the high 30's low 40's. (pre split 55-60)...

The only "fly" in the ointment will be where they want to close it around options expiration....the 30 (pre split 45) or "33.33" (pre split 50) strike.

Steve

Thean,
A few posts ago you asked that potential breakouts be posted before the close so I guess this is a little late. For anybody that didn't do an in-depth technical analysis of all the stocks in those portfolio links I posted, which I assume is everybody, you might want to take a look at CMED. Check the last week, 2 months, 6 months, and 2 years. I think it's ready to "fly or die".
I sold mine today on the chance it's going to pull back from that two year uptrend resistance while I'm not watching (day job you know). Hoping to get back in soon after it gets over that resistance a tick over 16 1/2. If it can do that it could be headed for 23 1/2 in but a few months.
FWIW...Alski
P.S. The two year pattern is an inverted head and shoulders (IHS). The right shoulder has it's own IHS pattern that gives a target of 17. 17 would be a break out from the 2 year IHS which generates the 23 1/2 target. An IHS breakout over an uptrending "neckline" is an extremely strong signal (i.e. difficult to do). Interestingly, the 5 year projected growth of 30% times next year's projected earnings of $.78 also gives 23.4. And, FWIW, the analysts love it--6 strong buys.
Either that, or it's over extended after the run up from 14 and it will find too much resistance on the 2 year uptrend and have to rest again. Time will tell.
