Mark what problem were you having? Try shortening the URL address to exactly pronetlink.com especially if you're using a bookmark or favorite to gain access. The bookmark may just give you the splash page saying Pronetlink is down for maintenance.

That's the problem I was having, so I had to update my favorites folder.
