agreed. if you try to drag and drop the folder, it'll end up inside the folder you're on.

so use cut and paste. works perfect. puts 'em wherever you want 'em. same for bookmarks at the bottom of the bookmarks list that you want to bump up near the top of the list. cut and paste. presto.
