I called the company. They are in touch with AT&T and are on top of the problem. It started about a half hour ago. The technicians are involved and it seems the ProNetLink website is more of a victim than the culprit. I called 212-688-8838 if anyone is interested. They did sound busy and if anyone has ever fought a technical fire you can be sure the pressure cooker is building and tensions are high.
