Edwarda, quite seriously, I simply don't believe that a complete newbie would 1) adopt an alias like that, 2) immediately zero in on a thread with such a vague & unpromising title (after all, it is NOT called the "Damn God!" thread); and, 3) once there, zero in on precisely those people (starting with Christine & Sam) who have given the Ask God-ers the most trouble. (Another clue: the "Angel" addressed you as "Ed," in true Ask God style.) Of COURSE the emissary comes not from Heaven, but from the anteroom of Heaven, the Ask God thread! I am betting on Chris as the imposter. Penni has opted for Shalom. Who are you putting your money on? (I know I should say "whom", but it sounds pretentious in this context. Can't catch me!)
