DD, You've got the right stocks, but it's very difficult to detect a pattern using the time span you selected. The season for high techs is late June/early July to January, with a sell-off in May. Pattern has held up in eight of the last nine years and may hold true once again this year.

BTW, the small caps were outperformed today only by the high techs. GO SMALLCAPS!!!!!!!

DD, I'm still pursuing small cap strategy. Still offer the best opportunities in the market.

Found a neat site. Check out russell.com

Specifically of interest are the stocks likely to be added and deleted from the Russell 2000. Stocks that have exceeded the small cap definition, that are still in this Small Cap Index as you pointed out previously, will be deleted.
