I hope your scenario is right. Would be good for everybody, maybe even DeBeers. Certainly wouldn't do their reputation any harm, but it sure hasn't been their style in the past.

I think we'll see an offer immediately after they release the tonnage and $/ton numbers. Then we see what discount they use.

Dave are you aware of any previous situations where
DeBeers was in a position of a buyout. If so how did
it turn out for the shareholders??
