My broker called me about 10 am this morning and told me that Dain Rausher came out and downgraded AOL from a hold to a strong sell.

so at lunchtime I went to his office( about 7 minutes away ) and I got on his terminal and it was right there, AOL downgraded to sell by some Dickey guy or somebody at Dain Rauscher. He was quoted as saying that he wasn't happy with the current price movement up and down on AOL.

Strange thing is that there isn't a link to it anywhere, it looked like it came out on reuters

I'm going to have him print it off at 7:45 am and have him fax it to my work and I will post it word for word. I have heard that some other people heard CNBC mention it also, but I saw it with my own eyes.
