Intends To Become A Full-Reporting Company HIGHLAND BEACH, Fla., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyberfast Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CYSI) (THE "COMPANY") announced today that it had retained counsel to assist it in filing a Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Following effectiveness of the Form 10-SB, the Company will be required to file periodic reports including an annual and quarterly reports and proxy statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once the Company registration statement is declared effective, it intends to apply to list its common stock on Nasdaq SmallCap Market. According to Mr. Edward Stackpole, "Based upon our net income for fiscal 1998 of $1,983,179, we believe that our application will be successful and we are anxious to proceed with the listing of our stock on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market."
