Is EBAY splitting the stock any time soon?

Agreed. Most people on ebay are honest. Personally, I have only lost due to the US Postal Service. Also, even if 10% of the 2 million plus auctions per week were dishonest, 200,000 bad raps a week would cause their business model to collapse in no time. It is obvious that this is not happening. As for transactions outside of ebay, although they would prefer that buyers and sellers do not collaborate outside, that luxury too is part of the model they have established and they have to live with it. Good for me, you, and ebay in the long haul. (My opinion in here also.)

Has anyone heard the results of the last board meeting they had? That would determine any shareholder related issues concerning the number of shares and the float, since they were almost maxed out from their
initial SEC filing.
