I seriously doubt that Yahoo's stock price will be affected by the resignation, let alone take a dive. It has little or nothing to do with Tom Evans.

I don't think it will dive for that reason. If he were truly important the continued operations of the company, they would have tied him down with "golden handcuffs" (delayed vesting).

But, IMO YHOO could 'dive' a little for other reasons - it's a little extended on the upside short-term, could pull back in a little before moving up again. Or, it could move up a bit more before enduring a little correction... we'll see.
