Panita,

CNBC is the only game in town on my cable system.

I don't have a CNNFN choice.

And I suspect CNBC knows that's the case for many of its viewers.

CNBC is the only game in Hawaii:

Panita, I am a big fan of yours. I love your picks. I respectfully disagree about Tom. I think Tom (the rookie) Costello is doing a good job. As an ATHM shareholder you have every right to be concerned about news that will directly affect ATHM. As a media critic, I cherish every critics voice that exposes biased, false or misleading journalism. Well ATHM had an incredible run on the positive side today. Probably nothing Tom said made it go up so much today. I guess he is mostly reading what others have prepared for him. Obviously you are going overboard by attempting to taint the messenger (Tom).

After firing up CNBC almost every week day for about half a year a glowing report of the reportage: I love CNBC. Really, look at those reporters in a new way soon. There is something to learn from each of their styles. Something to love about each of them even...well, you fill in the blank. It's easy to fall in love with anyone at 3:00 AM.

HAWAII is the southern most locale in the USA. As a way down south state we are surely lacking in some things. Yea, we got the Bloomberg TV. It is delayed I think by two hours. That is right, delayed. Why bother with Bloomberg. I think their Market share at that time in the morning is so low it probably can not be detected.

CNN FN is not here. I am not even sure if it is a CNBC competitor.

Panita, do not get me wrong, I'm sure you have made a good and valid point about CNBC.

I can tell you as a long time CNN FN viewer that there is no other game in town.

There is no comparison between CNN & CNBC. CNBC is lightyears better, far and away.

Regards and good luck with bringing home your point.

Caroline

Panita,
It seems to me that you are in love with your stock too much, so you are taking it out on poor Tom Costello. Take it from one who has been "around the block" a few times, falling deeply in love with your stock(s) and or position(s) is one of the worst things you can do, unless you are or tend to be a very lucky person.
Now if Ted David would change his name to Ted Abbott, we could have the new "Abbott and Costello Show"! <GGG> Yogi
