Excite@home had a great conference call today
Listening to it now. Addresses the Portland issue.
@home has a former FCC chief of staff as a consultant in D.C. speaking in the cc too.
Guess they managed to sway some opinions, worth a listen.
Have heard the phrase "isolated incident" 3-4 times in the first 5 min <g>.

Milo (the Chief Technical Officer) explained how complex the technical issues are. Said most of the cities that look into it see that it is "not good for their people".

George Bell says that the business is moving along solid. No problems there.
The consultant is completely confident that the FCC and the congress will not be swayed by this at all. Expects the ruling to be overturned.
