That sounds way too cheap

You can't look at this based on current pricing, but relative to Aber and Diamet post feasability annoucements. Stock it will be, but even 1 for 1 is cheap. MPV is worth ~$10-15 U.S. per "cluster". We have one for sure and even DB thinks there are at least 1 or 2 more. The kimberlitic body 12 NE and the dykes found in the central portion seem to confirm this. That means this play is potentially worth $30-45 US plus additional exploration upside from the other parts of the AK/CJ.

No, 1 for 1 is a starting point: for both offers and the likely ensuing class action lawsuits for more. Two DBRSY for one MPVIF is probably fair all things considered. Otherwise, why not wait and hold. Once we go to feasibility it's a done deal on share value: when not if. Biggest mistake anyone can make is selling too cheap just because we were all tortured this last year in the bear market for small caps and natural resource stocks.

Hang tough, it seems unrealistic now but patience will be rewarded -- handsomely.
