Actually the amazing thing about Dell is (I think) if you go to their website, it guides you to one of maybe 8 or 10 standard boxes depending on your preferences. The vast majority of users go with one of these preset configurations. Dell WILL build a computer to order, but most buyers think they are getting a custom box even though it's really pretty standard.
