E*Trade says that they'll have Salon.com, that it will be administered through the OpenIPO auction system, that they will accept only limit orders, but that their allocation procedure will be the same as always.

OpenIPO will be the death of the IPO game. It'll remove all but a very modest pop from any IPO done with that system. It won't be worth playing.
