Donian; I'v not tracked the Rydex bunch..so I can't say. So far I've been trying swaps with UOPIX & USPIX, and locking off an interday price with an opposing bet on the qqq. It's been such a wash I'm not sure if I even like taht yet. --------------- I may go back to just betting the qqq out right. BTW I had to inform my broker that the QQQ or none of the other UIT's ( unit investment trusts ) have a down tick rule on shorting, you can short them on the downtick, but not all brokers seem to know taht. ---------------------- Jim
