During early 1998, Edelstone made a 180 degree turn and started pounding the table for Intel - and he has been pretty consistently pro-Intel since that time - even up to today.

By the way - I got a copy of his recent report ( one or two days old) and he did mention that the B0 Camino chip solved most of the problems but Intel was expected to deliver a B1 stepping Camino to its customers in mid-July for production builds.
