Paying what bills? They don't even put PR's out anymore.

The Digitcom web page recommends Explorer 3.0 or better.

If I recall, although they were issuing stock slowly, the pace was rather steady.

I have no clue. But the phones are on, and Roger does respond to e-mail indicating that all employees are on hand and accounted for and, I assume, receiving paychecks.
