paperwork is one thing. they appear to have lost a check for 18000 which i sent to meet an sec freeride restriction which i am now stuck with for 90 days. Granted it could have been the us mail, but past experience suggest dlj paper handling is a more probable culprit.

I would have to agree, have a small position in DIR, and sent some transfer forms a week or two ago and still haven't received anything,and forget there e-mail response.
