This Week's Barrons' Cover Story The cover story on Barron's this week is a big feature on LVLT. "Level Three's CEO Jim Crowe is taking a big gamble by laying fiberoptic lines around the globe. It could pay off big" is the quote on the cover. I think the article is well balanced and overall bullish on the long term outlook for the company. I am just beginning to follow this sector closely, so I found it to be useful education. Some very unkind judgements (but maybe true??), BTW, concering the ability of the RBOC's or AT&T to develop the right mind set to compete in this arena.
