When the new billing system is in place, Peoples Phone customers will be able to open and access their account, view their bill and make payments over the Internet using a credit card. A formal agreement between First Ecom.com and Peoples Phone is expected to be signed within two weeks, and the new system is expected to be operational by August. <<
