PC Free Selects billserv.com to Provide Electronic Billing for PC Free Customers;
billserv.com To Eliminate Paper Billing for All PC Free Transactions

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--billserv.com (OTC
BB:BLLS), a leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service bureau,
today announced it has been selected by PC Free to be the exclusive provider of
electronic billing services to customers who purchase PC Free systems. PC Free is a
New Hampshire company that markets bundled hardware, software, Internet, telephony
and e-commerce solutions into complete computer systems for consumers.

PC Free will provide its worldwide customer base computer systems for a single
monthly charge of $39.99, with no contract to sign, including: computer, monitor,
keyboard, mouse, speakers, color printer, TV tuner card, hard and software metering
solutions, digital broadcast reception capability, game playing console, and Smart Card
technology, coupled with unlimited Internet access.
