Re; Southwestern Energy (SWN). Company looks interesting. The adverse decision in the Oct. lawsuit is a bit unsettling. This judgement unless reduced on appeal, could impact the company about $100 mil. A new trial has been requested and officers seem confident in their non culpability should a new trial be granted. Insider buying is very strong, reserves are substantial, and a profit of $.37 was realized in 1st Q. Queried IR re: the lawsuit, but have not yet heard back. Rich
