They literally made up the few sells or buys in order to reflect a "phony" market! Irvinesully, I'm not buying the hype, so get this straight now. I'm sure you know the REAL deal, since you seem to be helping to hype this stock. The REAL deal is, the Hypesters advertised for a week, that Friday was "The Day", and Saturday, good things were going to happen. The only thing that did happen, was Rhombic placed a paid ad in Barrons. NUKE is not going to sustain a $1.00+ price on that news. In fact, it wasn't news, but a re-print of an old PR. The price ran up on the hype, but when everyone discovered the truth about the "Big News" being a "paid ad", the buying dried up. I think NUKE being at the current price is great, considering it ran .40 on nothing but hype of a paid ad. Ok, let's deal with the MM's. If the SEC ever knocks on their doors, you can bet they'll point out the gross securities violation that occurred during this pump. I'm talking about the one news letter telling everyone that there was going to be a "Feature Article" in Barrons, but was actually a "paid ad." Many investors were duped into buying, under false pretense, and this is securities fraud, that the SEC takes very seriously. I'm sure the MM's will point out who helped cheerlead everyone to write to the SEC, just out of spite. And you probably know that before the MM's ever have a chance to complain, there will be many disgruntle investors who do complain to the SEC. There were a lot of people duped this time and they are "VERY" angry. The person who put the news letter siad he had 700 subscribers. A lot of angry investors. The only reason to point one's finger at the MM's now, is to take everyone attention off the fact they had a snow job pulled on them, with this latest hype. Its not working. A lot of people graduated from "BS Hype 101", this week. Now, about the fraud. I'm not saying who is actually at fault, but the fact remains, people were lied to, and the SEC does take that very seriously. And if the fault lies with the company, there will be some serious price dropping. Whoever is at fault on this violation, needs to CTA. ColaCan
