Praetor, It's looking like non-flipper is the FIRST and MOST IMPORTANT criteria and then good timestamp. You gave reference #s for your BWEB allocations but what were your timestamps? Good luck today! Well, I'm not a flipper - got that one covered. So I should've been able to snag both BWEB and KOOP. I got BWEB in both accounts, though. My ref #s were extraordinarily good (I got lucky), and timestamps were 19:48 and 19:51. And I even "won" the lottery for KOOP (although it sounds like there were a LOT of "winners" for KOOP). Still dunno why I didn't get the KOOP allocation, though. I'm not wondering hard enough to actually try and call Wit, but I'm still scratchin' my head on that one... Oh well, hopefully I'll be enjoying our gains in BWEB too much to worry about KOOP. Praetor
