looks like 17 is going to be a lay-up from here. edit: i spoke too soon. day traders long and short are really playing with it today. looks like 16 3/16 will be key #.

with all due respect..... nic, Brenda typically was quoted as the VP of Marketing of Brocade (her title lest we forget) and rarely used Brocade in part of the quote. She also said GREAT things about FC in those interviews (helping the ANCR cause). To accuse her of anything less is cowardly of you, she is one of the most professional people in the business and beyond reproach. At the time of the quote, Brocade provided the only cascadeable fabric management s/w Nobody in this business uses kid gloves it is a "eat lunch" or "be lunch" world. If you choose to play in it, be prepared to pay the price. Roy Sardina ---------- bfm -------------- With all due respect, Roy, I do remember Brocade putting out press releases that contained patently false claims. Here's an example: "the only FC switch that provides management and diagnostic services" - Message 2623712 I also remember Brenda plugging Brocade (exclusively) in interviews she gave in her capacity as FCA president - a clear conflict of interest. Not to make too big a point of it, but Brocade hasn't exactly been using kid gloves in their public relations. Justly or not, to me this lends credence to Kerry's claims that behind the scenes Brocade may have been acting comparably. - nic
