I see no recent news and know nothing about the lawsuit. I am not invested in CKKC. The chart is looking pretty grim. Think of why you invested in this stock. If you're not progressing toward this goal, you ought to consider getting out of it. Having a clear objective of why you got in will help you decide about exiting (or not) in times like this. If you put in pure speculation money, you may be able to wait this one out. It all goes back to what you were looking for when you bought CKKC.
