Pure gas play prospect.

I rarely post, but if you're looking for a good
way to play gas the Hugoton Royalty Trust(HGT)
looks good to me.

The trust encompasses properties mainly in the Hugoton
Gas Field in Kansas/Oklahoma. Cross Timbers Oil of Ft. Worth
operates most of the wells.

The production is primarily long lived gas from shallow,
(less than 5000 ft.) wells with infill drilling potential.

I have studied the field a bit over the past few years.
It's fairly mature, but very stable with respects to
production decline.

It's a good direct way to play gas and pays a nice 9-10%
annual yield (paid monthly) while you wait.

I bought it, for what it's worth.
