Call it sour grapes but isn't it such a bitch that the one test market that will probably make or break Portico is the battleground for our competition. Probably not coincidence and a bit scary. My biggest concern here is that despite all the superior features Portico has over its competition the battle will be waged and decided on just a few of the most important ones, email and fax. I hope our demographic research is flawless because only highly sophisticated users will pay for the premium services Portico supplies. I'm ready for the usual onslaught of love it or leave it.
