Considering how much better it is doing than the Nasdaq, I thought there had to be some news.
MSFT settles dispute with Imprise (formerly Borland international).
That does not seem too significant a story but may be a sign that MSFT might settle with Caldera or Bristol as well----maybe even the DOJ.
I wonder if that is causing the move.

Finally breaks 81 and does so without hesitation and remains strong in a down market.This could be the launch pad.
